We work as a subcontractor. That is a choice, not a ceiling.
Hexvar is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and we take teaming roles under primes rather than chasing the prime slot ourselves. Your capture team gets socioeconomic credit against its subcontracting plan and an engineering partner who will not reappear as a competitor on the recompete.

- Systems built against NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC practices, with RMF artifacts, SBOM, and control narratives produced as the work happens. The ATO package is an output of the build, not an archaeology project after it.

- Documentation, training, and operational runbooks an in-house team or the next contractor can actually pick up. Sustainment should never depend on the people who wrote it still answering the phone.
Conduit
Know what the estate holds, before any of it reaches a model.
Conduit discovers what is across the environment, profiles and classifies it, and decides what is allowed to move. It deploys into commercial cloud, GovCloud, a secure enclave, or fully disconnected, and the boundary is enforced at runtime rather than asserted in a document.
