Engineering for systems that have to work where they actually run.

Hexvar architects, integrates, validates, and sustains specialized systems under real operating constraints — not demonstration conditions.

01Capability

Integration is designed in, not bolted on at the end.

Interfaces, data movement, deployment environment, identity, audit, and operational handoff are decided during architecture — because that is where interoperability is actually won or lost. We work across legacy and modern systems, on-premises and disconnected environments, and hand over documentation an operator can run without us in the room.

02How we deliver

A lifecycle with validation in it, not after it.

Four phases, each with its own deliverable — nothing moves forward on a verbal handshake.

DiscoverMission, users, constraints, interfaces, and what success is measured against.
ArchitectRequirements, system boundaries, tradeoffs, integration strategy, validation plan.
Integrate & validateControlled interfaces, test against acceptance criteria, failure modes named.
Deploy & sustainTransition with documentation and training, then monitor and evolve.
03Evidence

Every claim traces to something you can open.

We do not publish outcome numbers we cannot substantiate. Capability statements describe work that exists; anything in progress is labeled as in progress. Where a capability is demonstrated by one of our own products, we will show you the product rather than describe it.

Route it correctly and the first call starts at the technical substance instead of qualification.

05Leadership

The same people who build it are accountable for it.

Hexvar Federal and Hexvar Enterprise share one leadership team in inverted roles. The person accountable for federal delivery and the person accountable for the engineering are the same two people on both sides of the house.
